Dog toy (NWT) had small hole in seam (reasonable to have gone unnoticed), I messaged with photo and received very prompt reply. Even though I messaged "FYI" only and said I was happy to keep the item and just sew up the hole myself, I was sent a 20% partial refund as a goodwill gesture. Because this issue was dealt with so quickly, politely and professionally, I'd be confident buying from this seller again.

Perfect puppy toy
Just the right size to be dragged around and to play tug of war. My litter of 8 puppies have given it some very tough tests and it stood up to them very well. It was ideal as a first toy for them. They couldn't manage to make it squeak but that suited me fine.

Bought this for my younger dog a Jrt who is 11and toy mad, he's been v v unwell past 6months,life or dear stuff, so apart from huge versions bills n hundreds of pounds on supplement I'm spoiling him with yet more toys. He's barely able to play but was full of Bean's when he saw this,he's had good fun with it,as much as his numerous illness' allow. Would suit puppy as its lightweight or older small dog,soft and easy to carry, nice bright colours and squeak inside adds to the dogs joy.Worth the money, I haven't seen one like this anywhere else, and I generally buy dog toys by the cart full for my lot. Nice little purchase if only to give him a little lift to make him feel like his old self. Buy it.
