Appalling service. Item sold as Lightweight Merino Wool, when in fact it was supplied as Acrylic. I returned it a fortnight ago requesting replacement with the correct article, and refunding of return postage, which was £3.49.
Item cost belatedly refunded today, without acknowledgement or apology, but requested £3.49 postal costs incurred in returning wrong item completely ignored. Zero confidence in this seller.
