Misleading information: The product claims to be a product of the well-known Dremel company, while the use of the word Dremel violates a protected trademark. The product is not comparable to a real Dremel product, it is weaker and all its parts look cheaper. Also, the specific product I received was found to be defective when the accessories were scattered inside of the package. All my inquiries to the seller were not answered, unfortunately I encountered an unresponsive seller.

    Dremel tool is good value, case and attachments seem very cheap

    The tool is decent but the case is flimsy; arrived with a dent in one corner and the catches don't look like they will last - very thin. No packaging as such, the case was simply shrink-wrapped in thin plastic.

    Quality Product

    Upon arrival I was pleased with the overall quality of the product. There are enough attachments to tackle a multitude of jobs. The carry case is a real nice touch and keeps everything in its place. I have only used this item once so far but it performed really well.

    The best small high-speed drill I have used.

    This is the best small high-speed drill I have used - and worked straight out of the box. It has a much longer-lasting battery and more power than the cheaper varieties. It is QUIET in operation and with little vibration in non-contact operation. It is supplied with only a few accessories - grinding wheels, cutting wheels, sanding and polishing wheels and a few diamond / rasp heads - enough to get started with. The storage box has formed areas for the drill, charger and charging stand and a space for a small storage container in the centre. It comes with a small slide-top container in that spot containing the accessories provided. The lid has space for three of these and two empty containers are included. My ONLY negative comment is the manual/user instructions. It is poorly ...
