    The seller has undertaken the sale perfectly, but he is not responsible for the delays, lack of communication and unreliable service provided by ParcelForce. eBay should conduct a serious in-depth study of how ParcelForce operate. It seems many agree with me in various negative reviews. Unfortunately, they're tainting eBay's good name with their poor service. The ATCO mower still hasn't arrived despite three confusing tracking messages saying it's on its way. Richard White
