The carpet arrived if good condition and well wrapped. The carpet was thicker than some knock-offs being sold right now. I would buy from RSM Rugs again. The fact that the price included customs duty from the UK was a plus as I just had to pay another 61,00 EURO for a carpet from a different vendor in the UK. Some vendors do it right and this was one such vendor.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size (twice!) and had to cancel the first order and send the second back for a refund. Both times the seller dealt with my requests great, and promptly refunded my money, minus a very fair and reasonable postage cost for returning a heavy and bulky stair runner. *****
