Received a day earlier than advised - although the transport company had a nightmare! Really heavy box and the shipper had to manhandle it - as the pallet design didn't allow hand stacker truck to be used!!

Honestly what a machine , the customer service has been spot on , I assembled the machine within an hour , popped some oil in, took it to a job , took me an hour to chip and entire trailer load of mixed species of branches for which it made mince meat of , great machine for a very good price 😍

I will say briefly: if I could give ten stars, I would do it without hesitation... - the product is well packaged... perfectly prepared for assembly (assembly instructions (?) - why do you need a manual...) and - most importantly - works perfectly... if only such sellers sold on ebay, the world would be a little better... - I recommend it 👍👍👍

Arrived in good time. Sam at Crytec was very helpful when I explained the issues with restricted access, and our (local) courier (who only did the last leg of the journey) was somewhat gung-ho in his approach to unloading from what was an unfeasibly small van...
However, I kept him there while I checked it after unboxing, and it was/is in absolutely mint condition, with zero dings, scratches or anything else amiss.
Very happy, and can therefore highly recommend this supplier.
