The controller looks and feels new, with nice buttons and an excellent tight joystick. Overall condition is excellent, no issues to speak of. Shipping was very fast even from Japan to USA, though quite expensive, costing more than the item itself. Overall I'm very satisfied, and will purchase again if I need another controller.
