    The shipment arrived missing parts in the listing. The seller threw in other parts to make up for it without discussion, rarely appropriate, but especially here: the listing is a lockset, so without matching pieces, a door can't be outfitted. The seller wrote back and forth about sending the missing parts but ultimately couldn't do it, so I returned the shipment for a refund. The time wasted begins when I choose a seller that won't perform over one that will. Order-to-refund took seven weeks.
