    So I received my package damaged. The product came in a wooden box that was stapled shut. When I opened it the spats were forced in there so tight that whoever put them in there cracked them an broke pieces off of them. I have contacted the seller and they won’t communicate with me except for 5 words. They refuse to reply to messages in a timely manner and now I don’t know what to do. I just want a replacement but they are making everything very very inconvenient to deal with.
