Unopened in original packaging. The label applicator is easy (and intuitive) to use and applies the labels without creating wrinkles. I have not loaded the software as I use a different program for creating and printing CD & DVD labels.

This product should have step by step instructions on how it can be used. I loaded the software and after about a half dozen attempts to use it over about 4 hours, I still have not been successful. I have been using various types of PCs for at least 40 years so it isn't that I have no experience. I use multiple pieces of MS Office quite proficiently as well as other types of photo and sound disc creation products so I am quite disappointed that I struggle to figure this product out. I definitely would not recommend this product for anyone else. For me at this point in the adventure, I doubt that it is a good value. As far as quality goes, I have no idea how to judge it because I have not been able to produce anything from it. Therefore, I guess I can say it is not qood quality.

Works perfectly , software is an easy load , Works with Windows 10 effortlessly even though it doesn't include Window 10 in the operation systems menu. Does a decent job of making CD/DVD labels and jewel-case inserts. Only two complaints: I don't like the standard, curved title box that comes up automatically - I always have to get rid of it and put in a text box. And I'm having some problems on occasion getting the label printed - probably a fault on my part rather than the software's. The application process goes very smoothly. In all, a pretty good product.
