    Took almost two weeks to ship and seller only responded after two separate messages, but the package ended up arriving a lot sooner than expected so it luckily wasn't much of an issue.     Sagaia - Japan only shooter for the Game Boy

    Sagaia better known as Darius is one of the early sidescrolling shooters in the tradition of R-Type and Gradius. The series origined in the arcade, but saw many ports to homesystems like PC Engine, Master System, Genesis, Super Nintendo and Sega Saturn. What makes the game so special is that all major enemies are somewhat relied to sea animals. This gameboy version differs in the way that there is no level selection like in all other ports of the series. But personally I liked the linear level design as you don´t get the feeling you have missed something out. Overall I would give a 4 out of 5!
