Hello. We have contacted the shipper from our end, it is UPS, and asked if there was any additional taxes or Customs fees attached to your shipment but we have been told that there were non of such and that if any taxes were added from your end it is added by the shipper within EU. Having said that We admit that there could be some kind of mistake along the way which led to the additional tax added. And so to amend ourselves we would like to offer to cover these additional expenses for you.
