Kalms night time sleep aid tablets ..( better than other brand herbal ones.)
I haven't previously used Kalms night time sleep aid tablets,as they are of the herbal type., because,have previously tried other brands of the herbal sleep aids, and they didn't have any benefit for aiding sleep.. Bought the Kalms tablets on line to try,as no chemist to visit on lock down, and was pleasantly surprised,that these tablets did make me feel sleepy., and able to get to sleep after about 20 minutes..I haven't previously used Kalms night time sleep aid tablets,as they are of the herbal type., because,have previously tried other brands of the herbal sleep aids, and they didn't have any benefit for aiding sleep..
