I always buy this cologne when visiting Florida USA at the same price as this one and this product seem to lose its fragrance within 30mins also the bottle isn’t the same that’s advertised as the is no picture of the guy on the bottle when I opened it.

I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase, we did not receive any communication from you stating this or we would have responded. Abercrombie & Fitch have updated their packaging as can be seen in the second image on this listing where it shows the old vs new packaging. That being said it is the same scent as previously and we take all feedback very seriously and will pass this onto the manufacturer.

I ordered perfume from this seller.
I have been using this perfume for many years.
The seller sent me a perfume that was not the same as in the photo.
They explained that the manufacturer was changing the packaging, and they had not yet managed to change the photo
When the package arrived, I opened the package without hesitation, thereby canceling the possibility of returning the goods.
Before sending a product that does not match the photo, the seller should informed the buyer in advance.

Hi Mykhailo, We did apologise that the manufacturer packaging had changed and we hadn't had a changed to photograph the new bottles, as we explained we have nearly 3,000 products on our store and these take time and this has since been rectified. However, in regards to your claim about being unable to return, we asked you to please refrain from further using the item and to please open a returns case of which you'd be issued a pre-paid label, only to not hear from you again until this review.
