    Two face dishonest seller, cheap human words, can't keep to his word, insecure human behaviour, in his own bubble of thinking, selling vehicle number plates from a dissolved company name, and using a new name to trade on eBay, has the irony to ask for documents under such double standards, first set of number plates sent with no questions, but produced very poor quality preparation with no attention to detail, seller thinks no point sending replacement possibly trading std test purchase!
