I asked for my cats name and only got charms, I emailed them 4 times with the names I wanted and just got charms for this blue collar no name, I emailed them once I received the collar to explain the mix up and I haven't heard anything back from them. Very disappointed. The other 3 previous collars I got from this seller came perfect and what I wanted. This one didn't come with my cats name that I requested.
