Very nice bridle, good quality leather. Excellent seller and lightning fast delivery…until the shipment hit canada where DHL dropped the ball. If the seller had not taken the initiative to contact me to say there seemed to be an issue with delivery, and I should contact DHL I would still be waiting. Would deal with this seller again in a heartbeat.

Seller sent the wrong color reins and once made aware of the issue advised to just use the wrong color (which doesn’t match a single thing I own and I absolutely do not want or need) and that they would ship the right color reins for free “with my NEXT order”. I have no intentions of giving these people any more money and they are refusing to send me what I purchased leaving me to battle for my money back and stuck with reins that I don’t want or need and having to find some more elsewhere.
