Guitar-Place themselves did a good job dispatching the guitar fairly quickly and well packaged in good condition. Their response to communication/problems was also good (esp. considering I’m guessing it was conducted in a second language). What let things down a bit was DPD (in the UK) who have somewhat poor customer service/rude reps and were unable to unexplain delays/deflected (worth taking into account that you will face steep import fees and delays beyond the expected delivery date in UK)

Preisvorschlag war möglich, Versand erfolgte super schnell und gut verpackt, und auch die Retoure wurde zügig bearbeitet. Einziges Manko: null Kommunikation (was in diesem Fall aber kein Problem war).
