I want to return or cancel my order, what do I do?
 
It's ok to change your mind. We'll accept a request to return goods up to 14 days after delivery providing the following terms are met:
 
All packaging must be intact so that the item is in an un-used and resalable condition
Seals and wrapping must be unbroken
Postage costs are covered by the customer (the delivery charge of your order will be deducted from your refund)
If you want cancel let us know ASAP (by phone)
In the event you place the order and immediately decide to cancel you must let us know the fastest way possible to avoid incurring costs, we strongly urge you to phone us on 0151 334 0222, this is the quickest way and in most cases means we can stop the order being packed and shipped. Sending an email which can take longer to be picked up, will often mean the order has already gone and shipping costs will be incurred.
 
How to return an item by post:
 
Contact us on 0151 334 0222 as soon as possible to let us know what you want to return and to request your returns (RMA) number.
Pack the goods carefully so they will not be damaged in transit
Enclose a brief explanatory note and your contact details
Print out our address label.
Fill in the RMA number and attach it to your parcel and take it to your local post office
Returned items should be received into our warehouse within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
We can collect in some circumstances
We can arrange collection of the goods in some cases and pass this cost onto you, collection charges depend on the item size, value and your location, minimum collection costs starts at around £10. We would advise you of the cost before we proceeded with a collection.
 
How to return large or heavy items:
 
Please call us on 0151 334 0222 for guidance if the item you wish to return weighs over 5kg. There may be additional charges to cover the cost of collecting large or heavy items. If we have to instruct our courier to collect, the collection charges may be between £13.60 (small parcel) - £80.00 (if palletised)
 
Do I have to pay postage if I return an order?
 
If you've changed your mind about an item you will need to pay for the cost of returning it.
The cost of dispatch postage is non-refundable.

Warranty: Most items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty whose terms have to be adhered to.
 
 
Return of faulty Items
 
Faulty items should be advised by telephone and an initial checklist with one of our Technical Team completed during the call to try to resolve the issue.
The tech consultant can agree to check out the fault and arrange for collection of the item.
A replacement item or refund will be issued if it is found to be faulty,
If an item is returned as faulty and after testing no problem can be found with it, the costs of collection plus an administration fee of £10.00 will be payable by the customer.
We reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due.
 
Missing Parts (non critical)
 
Very rarely goods may arrive missing a part, we reserve the right to post the missing part within a reasonable time limit and that such a missing part does not constitute an excuse for the customer to demand a complete replacement of the goods dispatched or for the goods to be collected and refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    A great Caravan antenna kit or upgrade

    This kit contains everything you need to upgrade an old caravan tv antenna (even down to the mounting screws). The only thing extra needed was the caravan sealant used to sit the base o to the caravan itself (Sikaflex), but that depends on your caravan skin type. It has a good length antenna lead which I cut down to the right length myself. Also, it has the latest amplifier unit which provides 3 digital tv outputs and a digital radio output as well. In all a great caravan antenna kit, well worthy of 5 stars 😊

    Utterly Useless, don't waste your money.

    Unfortunately, after installing this joke of a product, it turns out it is as useless as a chocolate fireguard. I bought it back in the summer to replace the old version which was very hit or miss when it came to getting a signal. I have to say, I am not impressed with this new model, it very much feels like a huge step backwards. I've run the first time installation every time we've parked up, and it has only ever once barely got one or two channels. It doesn't matter where we are in the country, on top of a hill or down a dip, in the country or a town, it just doesn't get a very good signal. I don't think it is faulty, it is just poorly made, I have tried everything, only option now is to bin it.

    Easy fit - great product

    Upgraded from a 315, easy to fit . After a quick retune i had better picture and more stations even in the sheltered area by the house where i had very little before. Also the omnidirectional 355 is so much easier than fiddling with a pole mounted directional antena

    Waste if money

    This my 3rd status on my campervan , the other 2 snapped off at the base , if i never had a hole in the van where it went i never purchase again , after contacting the manufacturer and told it must have been impact damage !! Well there must be some low bridges on the m1 northboud that wont fit a vivaro hightop under !!!
