    Service from the seller was good, but I would suggest better packaging, Like stiff card either side of the book to limit bending in postage as the book ewas only sent in a paer package.

    What you wrote above is perfectly, absolutely true..! I always pack my products very very carefully but in this case I was unable to do better to respect the weight limits of the proposed postal rate. I definitely could have done better but I would have had to charge much higher shipping costs to your country. I'm very sorry and I apologize if I jeopardized the safety of the book a little, but I'm happy that you were still satisfied with your purchase. Thanks so much again, best regards
