Seller was quiet , no real communication to speak of , took a minuet to get to me .but just a little longer than I thought not a deal breaker . Item came as described. Looks real enough , although it is sterling and not Italian silver , there is a difference . I prefer Italian over sterling . But this has nothing to do with the item ,or seller Both are good .
