    I only brought one item from this seller but the item didn’t pass authentication. eBay normally contacts me if there’s a slight discrepancy from the listing but in this case eBay didn’t contact me. It seems like this seller is honest and has lot of positive reviews. I think the authenticity is important in fine jewelry transactions. I would consider buying from this seller again with the authentication policy. I appreciate this piece of mind.

After numerous transactions, we have never had an issue with the authentication of any of our products. We have a GIA-certified gemologist who appraises all of our items and writes the descriptions. We apologize on behalf of Ebay since there was no communication on Ebays end since the product is authentic. b.
