The company could not have been more helpful. My bank said there was a problem. They said the transaction was stopped by ebay. The money went from my account. The seller was great when I contacted them. The money had arrived despite all the evident cock ups and they were dispatching my frame as soon as possible. Even asked if I wanted next day delivery over Christmas! I have the frame and I will set it up tomorrow.
