- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThis works perfectly! Using in an Opencore Hackintosh Z490 ATX PC Case. I mounted them vertically in my case's extra slots. The PCIE splitter worked out of the box with Mac OS Monterey. Needed an extra PCIE x1 Lane for both my FENVI wireless card and 4 port SATA Card. This little splitter did the trick. Plus no performance loss in SATA right speeds or native Mac OS Broadcom WIFI/BT connectivity. Not sure about Windows, and not sure with SATA connector is for. Works perfect on Mac OS

The provided USB type pcie cable was inferior to others - with the provided cable the item did not function at all. With an alternative, the item functioned partially, but is not reliable enough to use in the intended configuration, which was to support NVME and USB3 cards with a Raspberry pi CM4 and IO board. This may be due to CM4 pci-e signal driving ability; I will test PC compatibility at a later date.
