By purchasing Panda Life Ltd products, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
 
RESTRICTIONS
You must be 18 or over and hold a valid credit or debit card to purchase Panda Life Ltd products.
 
Panda Life Ltd reserves the right to cancel any transactions based on its sole discretion if there is reason to believe that the buyer is a minor or purchasing for a minor.
 
RETURNS POLICY (Panda Bamboo Memory Foam Pillow Only)
You must check the items upon receipt and notify Panda Life Ltd within 30 days of delivery if you are unhappy with the product. Once the 30 day period has passed, you will be deemed to have accepted the items.
 
Any unwanted items must be returned using Recorded Delivery at your expense. The item must be adequately insured against loss and/or damage in transit. We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit and will not issue a refund in such circumstances.
 
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the item (except for return postal charges) within 30 days of cancellation. If you fail to return the item following a cancellation, Panda Life Ltd is entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the item from you.
 
You will be liable for the cost of fixing any damage caused by you.
 
Returned items must include your name, address and when it was originally purchased. Alternatively the invoice/order number must be provided.

Orders are subject to stock availability. If your choice is not available, Panda Life Ltd will contact you to offer either one of the following:
 
An alternative item – if the item is less in value, then a refund covering this will be arranged. If the item is more in value, then additional payment will be required before the item can be dispatched.
A refund to the value of the ordered item.
If we cannot make contact with you, Panda Life Ltd reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative at no extra cost.

Losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.

PAYMENT
Unless a credit account has been set up and approved, all payments are due before the items are dispatched. In cases of credit accounts, payment is due 14 days from date of invoicing. Panda Life Ltd reserves the right to withhold and suspend deliveries when a payment is overdue.
 
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Can’t fault this company at all. Great discount on a normally very expensive item and as explained in the description, the item arrived in a different box to the original, zero flaws, incredibly clean, the cover was brand new so all-in-all, nothing could didn’t detract from the excellent quality of the mattress topper itself. First night sleeping on it last night, incredibly comfortable and I slept well with no aches this morning. Long may this continue!

    Invest in one for a goodnight sleep

    Needed a pillow that would support my head and neck as have problems. It is helping, other types of pillow I cannot get on with. Very sensitive nose and can smell the foam or chemicals. Hoping with time that will go away. Despite that slight niggle would recommend a rejuvenated pillow for its very good price and quantity.

    Money wasted

    I already have one Panda bamboo pillow that I purchased for my hubby. He loved it so I thought I may upgrade mine too. I ordered this one and it is nothing like my husband's pillow. This one is so soft that you may as well not have a pillow. It looks like original and I understand it is rejuvenated but come on, this is nowhere near to how brand new would feel like. Very poor work, do not bother.

    Pillow of dreams

    This pillow is amazing! For the first few seconds after my head touched the pillow, I was disappointed as it was like lying on a slab of rock. But this quickly turned to joy, as my head sank into what can only be described as a cloud of goodness. This pillow is somehow both super soft and supportive at the same time, it seems to mould to the contours of your head/neck and offers great softness and support. However, be warned that it does have a rather nasty smell when it comes out the packaging (there seems to be a degassing stage which so far has lasted 4 days) at first the smell was too much and I couldn't use the pillow. After 2 days of letting it degas it has improved, but the smell is still noticeable - apparently this can take up to 2 weeks to fully dissipate so we shall wait and ...

    A lovely pillow

    I loved my previous feather pillow but developed an allergy to it. Since then I’ve searched for a pillow that gave comparable comfort without the allergens, with no luck, till now. The panda pillow is soft but supportive and the refurbished one I bought was good value and looks brand new. The only gripe is that it’s smaller than average pillows,so cases are too big. Not a problem as the Panda comes with a removable cover but I wish they sold spares separately for wash days.

    FINALLY! Got me the right pillow.

    Just like many others, i never get a chance to get a good pillow due to (i'll do it tomorrow answer). I started to get pains in my neck and minor headaches each morning so i need to start looking for a new pillow. I like my pillows to be just right, not soft, not hard, just right in the middle so i'm getting comfort sleeping on the side and back.. im not a front face sleeper. After doing some deep digging into pillows i cane across the Panda pillow and weighed out the pros and cons on some of its rivals. Literally the next day my neck pain was reduced by 50%.. after 2 weeks I'm good as gold again. My wife tried it and wants one too now, which i will be buying another few for family too.
