They listed these shoes as new with box but they are clearly used with scuffs on the leather and worn and dirty soles. I am very upset they lied. I contacted them two days ago to ensure I’ll get a full refund including original shipping charges but have not heard back. Total waste of my time and expensive gas to have to get them returned. Buyer beware of this seller!

Guilty of listing condition error due to warehouse error.Shoe is brand new in box and the defect is from Macys and not used or bought and returned by a buyer or a consumer.We never lie or intend on misleading our buyers.This buyer gave a false feedback and an unfair opinion of us.We replied to this buyer many times as we always do.We would have helped to arrange pickup the return in addition to give back a full refund but buyer chose to be a drama queen,false accuser and unfair to say the least.
