Item advertised as brand new and functional. Item defective upon arrival. Seller DID list NO RETURNS. But when I reported that the item was defective, he insulted me by refunding me $1.00 out of a $15 purchase, claiming that was his "profit". Since the seller has more of these, it would have been prudent to just send me another one or just refund my money. Had a second one been bad, I would have let it go. Refunds me $1.00. How silly.

Buyer opened the item and didn't like it. The listing states no returns and the buyer opened and used it with soda, so i couldn't accept a return. I sent a partial refund to be nice even though i didn't have to. Plus, all of the other items were exactly the same so there was no point to send another item with the same manufacturer design.
