Received this honey a couple of days ago. Unfortunately I do not think this is real honey,more like syrup. Really honey crystallises when exposed to the cold. This does not. Another thing when you really does NOT dissolve easily when inserted in hot/boiling water. This does instantly,hence I do believe this is not real honey, but sugary syrup. Very disappointed. Feel like I've wasted my money. Will not be ordering again.

The honey has passed all the tests and has been issued a Europian Health certificate and is 100% real
