Better than expected. Delivered on time. It didn't take very long to assemble - 30 mins. I bought it as a cost effective solution to removing about 10 stumps in the garden. The biggest one was about 2'6" across - a large cherry tree. The machine coped perfectly and reduced the stump to a huge pile of shavings and dust in about 30 minutes. A 1ft dia Apple tree stump took 5 minutes. VERY pleased with the decision to purchase this. Once stumps are gone I will sell it and recoup some of the cost.

Arrived in good time. Sam at Crytec was very helpful when I explained the issues with restricted access, and our (local) courier (who only did the last leg of the journey) was somewhat gung-ho in his approach to unloading from what was an unfeasibly small van...
However, I kept him there while I checked it after unboxing, and it was/is in absolutely mint condition, with zero dings, scratches or anything else amiss.
Very happy, and can therefore highly recommend this supplier.
