The item came exactly as described and pictured— new with tags. It was securely and cleanly packaged. Took about 4 or 5 days to be shipped, which I think is reasonable. Also the shipping was fairly priced. There was a minor issue where the tracking number didn't really work so I couldn't see where it was in the process, but I don't really mind that much. It got here just as expected (and even a day earlier than the estimated delivery time), so I'm very happy! Thank you :)
