Gli ordini effettuati a mezzo di bonifico bancario verranno elaborati SOLO successivamente

all’effettivo accredito dell'importo a favore del MECH LAB

Il venditore deve essere informato per tempo sulla motivazione, VIA EMAIL

Nel caso in cui, al momento della richiesta di recesso, la consegna del bene sia già stata effettuata,

DIRITTO DI RECESSO

entro e non oltre 14 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della merce.

In caso di applicabilità del diritto di recesso, l’acquirente è tenuto a restituire a sue spese a:

La merce deve OBBLIGATORIAMENTE rientrare in sede così come pervenuta e cioè:

ASSOLUTAMENTE NUOVA, NON USATA, PULITA, completa di tutte le sue parti

con gli imballi originali completamente integri, senza alcun tipo di nastro adesivo,

carta o scritta applicata sopra al prodotto e alla confezione.

L'inosservanza di questi principi rende INAPPLICABILE il diritto di recesso.

In caso di applicazione del diritto di recesso, la merce ricevuta sarà visionata,

se trovata integra e senza alcun danno, MECH LAB

provvederà al rimborso dell’importo versato dal cliente,

ESCLUSE le spese di spedizione, entro il minor tempo possibile e massimo entro 14 GIORNI

dalla data in cui la comunicazione è pervenuta.

Il rimborso verrà effettuato tramite le seguenti modalità:

Bonifico Bancario,riaccredito su conto Paypal,

Il venditore potrà riservarsi il diritto di decurtare da un 5% ad un 80% dal valore della merce,

qualora non venisse riconsegnata nelle condizioni sopracitate.

Non saranno riconosciuti difetti dovuti a danneggiamento, manomissioni o cattivo utilizzo da parte dell’acquirente

sui prodotti montati illegalmente, ovvero non in adeguata sede, da un professionista che rilasci regolare fattura di montaggio.

Qualora non venisse presentata ricevuta fiscale comprovante l'installazione presso personale qualificato,

l'acquirente non ha diritto di garanzia e quest'ultima decade.
