The item I received was not the model as pictured but one I could have purchased cheaper, I contacted seller, who would replace it after I had returned the incorrect items. the trust obviously doesn't work both ways. As i was in need of the tooth brush I have reluctantly excepted that I have been misled and have kept what was sent as there is only so much time you can spend on a toothbrush.
