New and Sealed. Dual band router is great, but comes with a Huge power supply which has a built in ADSL modem with a 2 pin EU mains plug as part of it. Had to use another power supply (12v 2amp UK style) as using a travel adapter the original Huge power supply/ADSL modem is So Big it just falls out of the socket. Plug & Play fine for ADSL / FTTC / FTTP or Cable. I'm using it as a second wifi network connected via an ethernet cable. For £12.99 delivered, its well worth it!
