I had an issue with my original item where it had been lost or intercepted in the mail and I recieved an empty box, and the seller went out of their way to send out another item, matching the exact same specification, with next day delivery. Great seller. Accurate description of item, great price and fast dispatch. Only negative was with Parcel Force delivery, which was 1.5 hrs late than they stated and package looked battered. Luckily the seller had packaged up the macbook pro with a cushioned air bag so was ok.
