    Manual is in good shape with a good binder. On April 17th I received an email from DHL delivery service that a delivery attempt was made but nobody was home to accept the package. A check of my doorbell and security cameras proved that no delivery attempt was made. After several unsuccessful days of trying to contact DHL I found the package at the post office. Yes I did have to pay a tariff. thanks Donald for nothing
