    1) Some experience needed to assemble - As others have noted, you need to understand basic wiring to put it together. Not hard, but I wouldn't experiment with live electricity.2) Hardware is mismatched - The hardware I received isn't the right size. It's slightly too small. I'm going to have to replace the ceiling mount screws for ones 1/4" longer.

    Extremely Difficult to Install

    This light looks great. BUT DO NOT BUY THIS unless you are an electrician. This is the most difficult to install product I've ever received. Each of the eight lights is separately attached leaving you with sixteen wires that you have to try to connect on your own. You have to have the right tool to strip the very thin wires in order expose enough wire to twist together. You then have to attempt the impossible task of connecting all eight wires together in an impossibly tight space. That's a lot of small wires to try to twist together by hand. I ended up having to get out a soldering iron to solder them together in order to get them to stay together. And then, the holes to mount the light are not perpendicular to the length, so when installed the light sits at an odd angle and you can't ...

    Not assembled, you'll have to do the wiring.

    Ehh. I didn't realize I'll have to drill a hole in my ceiling for this AND wire the whole thing together. I was hoping it would have a plug but it doesn't. I have no idea how to set this up. I'll probably be returning if I can't find a friend to help me with this.

    Good buy

    This looks amazing once you get it on the ceiling. It did come with a few blemishes but nothing to get upset about. The electrical wire is Euro so know how they match up to U.S wiring.
