We have opened them as far as the clear plastic sealed packs of 12 tiles, and all seems good. Perfect service from the seller, but I don't rate Fed Ex - they have sent no fewer than 28 emails, messing around with delivery. We got one box of tiles last week and 6 more today, but their emails were so contradictory and confusing. **** to the seller though!
