I stupidly put in the wrong delivery address when I ordered the item, but when I contacted Neil through eBay messaging, he was only too happy to amend this for me. Communication was great, the tracked parcel arrived in good time and the contents were exactly as advertised. I would definitely use Perfume Shop Direct again and would highly recommend as their prices are very competitive, and quite often cheaper that other retailers.
