Item arrived early and was as described except for some white patches on the right hip which didn't come out with brushing & were probably caused by bleach. I sent photos to the seller, saying that I was disappointed but rather than go to the hassle of returning them, I would be prepared to keep the item at a discounted price. An apology and a 50% refund were quickly received and, whilst the problem stemmed from a lack of quality control, the issue was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction.
