I purchased a starter motor from this company, mechanic fitted it and on the 5th start the starter motor bearing broke.
I managed to get a reply from the email i had sent and they said they would send me a replacement straight away....that was 5 days ago and still not arrived, my van is obviously still off the road because of this, i have sent several emails and phoned them over 20 times but nobody picks the phone up. I have mailed them for a refund but again no reply, £165 out of pocket now

These mud flaps were delivered very quickly and well packaged. They were good quality The price was excellent. I went away and after a spell of bad weather went to fit them. Unfortunately they were not the correct ones for my vehicle. I contacted RTG explaining my predicament. Although I had received them a few weeks ago they still checked to see if they had the correct fitting ones. They did not have them but immediately arranged a free return for the originals sent. Excellent customer service!
