Hi Gordon, the feedback that you’ve left us is untrue. when you sent us a message saying you hadn’t received your order we contacted Royal Mail immediately. The valve of your parcel was £3.75 with FREE delivery. Because your order wasn’t tracked Royal Mail had know way of knowing where it was and they asked us to fill in a missing claims form online. You did receive regular correspondence from us & you did received a full refund for the missing order.
