I specifically asked if he would ship this the following day to be here in time for xmas BEFORE I bought it. He assured me he would and that he did., KNOWING he DID NOT SHIP IT TILL 3 DAYS after I bought it, causing it to be late. Items appeared to have been "sampled" and open. I gave him a chance to make it good, he said he would, then I never heard from him . So now I have to leave appropriate feedback to warn others. He seems to have has a couple similar complaints in his feedback.

I had constant communication with the buyer in regards to the shipping. I haven’t had any negative feedback in the past in regards to shipping. The issue was with USPS and there was an unfortunate delay the week before and during Christmas. I expedited the shipping to try to get the item to arrive on time. The product was listed as new in box and a few years old-shipped as described. I gave him a partial credit and thanked him for the business.
