Poor customer service this time 😔 Bought 8 POPs (1 x XL), due to it being a sale I couldn't request invoice, paid $80 post upfront 😱 I left several requests for refunding excess post fees, I asked that the POPs be sent the cheapest way possible, either 2 parcels or 1, knowing weight would be under 5kgs. Previously bought 5 POPs, $15 post, 2 x lge POPs included. Expected 2 boxes, ?$30 post fee max. Seller sent 1 big box, wt 3.25kg, packing filled gaps 🙄 WTF $40 post fee 😡 100% 🐂💩 Seller 👎
