    I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 boxes of 6 luxury rose gold baubles for my tree. The product arrived eventually but only one box came. The product was of very poor quality and one of the balls was broken. I immediately contacted the seller and they said it was their mistake and would have a look to see if there were anymore to send me. I said it was too late and because of the damage I wanted a full refund. I did send a picture. No reply since.
