They explained that the manufacturer was changing the packaging, and they had not yet managed to change the photo When the package arrived, I opened the package without hesitation, thereby canceling the possibility of returning the goods. Before sending a product that does not match the photo, the seller should informed the buyer in advance.

Hi Mykhailo, We did apologise that the manufacturer packaging had changed and we hadn't had a changed to photograph the new bottles, as we explained we have nearly 3,000 products on our store and these take time and this has since been rectified. However, in regards to your claim about being unable to return, we asked you to please refrain from further using the item and to please open a returns case of which you'd be issued a pre-paid label, only to not hear from you again until this review.

    Consistently good product

    8 hour cream is just one of the best products I have bought in my life, that has been consistently good. This lip 8 hour cream is great for protecting from getting chapped lips. I use it holiday also to protect my lips.

    I’ve Been using this for some years now and wouldn’t really like to be without it. Prefer this clear type rather than the tinted which never seem to be the right tint for me.

    Nice and smooth application but it doesn’t last at all.

    Only recently received and sampled the lip balm this morning. Really hoping that it is a very long lasting product and that it doesn’t wear off quickly as so many lipsticks and lip protectors do! Fingers crossed that paying so much more will mean a really, truly protective coverage.
