What I dislike is that the gap is too small. The average septum is wider so the clamp has to be open wider meaning the tubes miss-align. Also, there have been burrs in the tube that catch the needle as it passes through. So, I grind the gap a bit wider, drill through the tube and de-bur them. After that these get the job done. I do like that they are shorter so they fit in the sterilization pouch better than the other brand.
