In this follow-up to the first Epic Mickey game for Nintendo Wii U, Mickey and Oswald team up on an adventure that takes them all throughout the different worlds of Wasteland, which has been drastically impacted by the events of the first game. Mickey is armed with a magical paintbrush, while Oswald wields a powerful remote that gives him command and control of electricity. The two of them must work together, discovering the power of two and facing off against Blotlings, Beetleworx, and Blotworx to fulfill the Mad Doctor’s wishes of repairing Wasteland. This spectacular game is co-written by the award-winning comic book writer Marv Wolfman and Junction Point. All of the rare and unusual characters serve as a celebration of Disney’s rich history, including the villains that provide intense challenges for you and your gaming partners. This is, after all, a game that puts a lot of focus on teamwork, with Mickey and Oswald’s partnership being the key to putting Wasteland back together.     After a trip to Disney World, where my 10 year old son fell in love with Oswald, he just had to have this game when he realized he was in it. I first ordered it in the WiiU version as we are buying most games for the newer system now. After reading reviews I returned that one and purchased the Wii version. I understand the WiiU version is more difficult for single player game play. We have enjoyed the game although I have to admit I get lost running around trying to find things with my son. Sometimes it's hard to understand your next task and how to follow through with it, but with patience and wandering we usually figure it out. I would have probably given this a star fewer had it not been for my son's excitement to have one of his new favorite characters in it. Game play could be ...

    Arrived on time. So far my only complaint is the case is not the original blue Wii u case it was pressed in which is what is pictured. Not the end of the world, but a pet pieve of mine. However, the disc was off the prongs when I opened it and there is a small scratch on disc that could have gotten there through shipment. I haven't played it yet but I will let you know if there are problems playing game. Otherwise I'd leave a 5 star.
