The handles can be made a little longer but if you are taller, I would recommend looking for something to use to extend or replace the handles. One reviewer said they only use one handle to pull it and that works for them. I've just returned from shopping and was able to buy things I wouldn't have carried in my rucksack. Seems a sturdy bag and the moulded base will protect the bottom. It didn't drag when I used it.

A bad purchase & very poor experience i would not buy anything from them again.
