    Brilliant and beautiful.

    This is a beautiful and very readable book about the importance of good communication. It gives lots of ideas on how to understand and talk about our emotions, and understand what's driving difficulties with loved ones and work colleagues. The author is very open about her own struggles too.

    Fantastic book

    This book is not like her previous ones but instead is an expertly crafted guide to the nuances of human emotion. It is a beautiful mapping out of contemporary research and layered with personal examples. Brene Brown again illuminates us with knowledge about what it is to be human. Another winning book which will become a bible for therapists and anyone working with people or wanting to understand more about their own emotions.
