I first purchased one of these in America. Even though it is now out of date, it is still effective with the cramp I get, especially during th night. For speed I drop a few drops onto my tongue, add a mouthful of water, swill it round and swallow it. I recently visited Florida but wasn't able to find a replacement for this bottle. I was delighted to find it on Ebay. I haven't actually tried the new bottle yet, but providing nothing has changed in the formula, I recommend this product.
